The Jruchi monastery complex built in the 11th century is located in Sachkhere on the headwaters of the Jruchula River, an eastern tributary of the Kvirila River. Jruchi monastery complex includes a dome-like church built in the XI century and modified in the 19th century. There are lapidary writings on the wall. The church was destroyed and renewed in the 16th–17th centuries.

The village Speti is located in the mountainous part of Imereti, on the bank of the Kvrila River. In the village there is a church from the middle ages, named after the Jesus Christ. Close to Speti on the high mountain there is another church of Holy Saviour built in the 11th century. The church is decorated with yellow and grey sandstone blocks inside and outside and is styled like a hall. Inside the building, on the both sidewalls of the altar there are two storage rooms (an ambry and a sacristy). In front of the altar on the pedestal there is a great wooden cross. It is remarkable that to this day, an untouched ornamental plaster iconostasis has been preserved in the church. The painted façade is from early 11th century. In 1938 the church was completely reconstructed.

Savane is located in the region of Sachkhere, in the highlands of Imereti, on the watershed of the Izvari River and the Lashuri River. There’s Saint George’s Church, located in the village, which according to the inscription written above the southern entrance was constructed in 1046. Here is also mentioned a feudal, a son of Duke Giorgi Gulzviadi. The inscription on the western wall says that the church was built by an architect Haraba. The gallery hall gates were built later with decorations of mixed shapes and styles. In the church there is an icon dating back to the 11th century which was damaged during reconstruction in the 19th century. The bell tower was built in the 19th century.
