A week in Imereti

Hereby you can find a proposition of activities for a 7 day stay in Imereti. Of course, if you do not dispose of a full week for visiting our district, you can always choose places that interest you the most and plan trips for one, two or a couple of days.

Day 1

Kutaisi – Sairme – Zekari Pass (picnic by the pass) – Vladimir Maiakovski Museum – Museum of Arms and Shukri Nakashidze Wine Cellar – Gaioza Sopromadze Wine Cellar (overnight stay)

Day 2

Hot Springs in Bzwani – Galaktiona and Titian Tabidze Museum – lunch with a local family in Shuatma – Kulashi – Hostel Discover Kinchkha (overnight stay)

Day 3

Kinchkha Waterfalls – Okatse Canyon – Prometheus' Cave or Sataplia Reserve – Kutaisi (overnight stay)

Day 4

Kutaisi City Center – Gelati – Motsameta – Tkibuli Lake (overnight stay in a tent)

Day 5

Gogni Monastery – Dzevri Caves (lunch stop) – Terioli Wine Cellar (overnight stay)

Day 6

Chkhari Village – visiting Bori the Hunter – horse ride in the mountains – overnight stay at Bori's

Day 7

Katski Pillar – Chiatura – Tabakini Monastery – overnight stay with a family in Tabakini

Day 8

Ubisa Monastery -------> possibility of going further to the Bariomi-Kharagauli Parc ot towards Tibilisi
